Paris in December has its own magic, and this session shows it: Place Vendôme dressed in giant Christmas trees, the famous blue Chanel door, and the Tuileries alleys in their bare winter colors. Vio photographed this family of three with a toddler, the age parents worry about most before a shoot. His answer is to make it a game: their little boy spent the session jumping off the famous green chairs, walking between mom and dad, and laughing in dad’s arms. Those became the best frames. Cozy knits in beige and cream, one pop of dark green: a winter outfit palette that photographs beautifully. December light is soft all day, locations are quieter, and holiday-card photos come built in.
